But from the November 2008 onwards this punctuality has been collapsed for safeguarding the vested interest of Rest of Indian stamp dealers. Now in Kerala new stamps are being issued occasionally. The miniature stamp of the previous year's children's day is not yet issued in Kerala due to its non a viability.The philatelists in Kerala are wandering here and there for the new issues.
